RETROFITTED COMPANY SHOW

Nantong Double Star has retrofitted and made space requirements in Nov. 2020.  For processiong area, strict safety managment are applied to cutting, grinding, busbar processing, punching equipments. Each equipment is clearly marked. Newcomer will be trained safety operation such as wearing safety caps, glasses, gloves to ensure 100% personnel safety. The production waste are classfied and the processed articles must be put back to original space for continuous operation.

For warehouse, strict divisions are applied to semi products and end products. First production enclsoures will be put ont the outside for pick-up. The end products areas are divided into testing areas, qualified area and delivery area.

In delivery area, the pallets, pallet jack and forklift are put in order.
