1. Heater over-temperature control

A representative high-precision overheat protection temperature measurement point is set inside the electric heater. This temperature measurement point measures the surface temperature of the heating element. The temperature measurement element is a PT100 thermal resistor. The measured temperature signal is calculated by the temperature control instrument. Over temperature control. Once the heating element in the motor start control box overheats, the electrical control part immediately stops the power output of the electric heater and stops heating. This can effectively extend the service life of the electric heater.

2. Heating medium temperature control

A high-precision temperature sensor is set up in the heater to detect the internal temperature. The temperature measuring element is a PT100 explosion-proof thermal resistor. The measured temperature signal is transmitted to the temperature control instrument in the electrical control cabinet. The temperature control instrument operates to control and adjust the electric circuit. The heater output power makes the heater outlet temperature meet the user's temperature requirements.
