Propeller pumps are used to pump large volumes with a relatively short delivery head. They are primarily used for circulating or accelerating corrosive, viscous liquids and liquids containing solids in reactor loops, crystallization or evaporation plants (e.g. in the chemical processing industry, salt and potash mining or the food industry). Another area of application is the circulation or acceleration of liquids in sewage engineering and wastewater treatment plants (e.g. recirculation pumps), or in environmental or industrial engineering (e.g. storm water pumping stations). These pumps are available as horizontal or vertical pumps, suspended in pipes or mounted horizontally on feet.
The ALLTRIMM® range is designed for shipbuilding applications. These space-saving in-line pumps are suitable for large volumes and delivery heads of up to 20 meters, with integrated electric motors and reversible hydraulics.
The construction type, materials, mounting and drives can be optimally adapted to the operating and assembly conditions.
Main uses: Chemical and process technology, brine and potash mining, food production, wastewater treatment and environmental engineering (e.g. flood protection), cooling water processes, shipbuilding applications, lock and dock applications.
