Proportional regulating valve

LPH,G 11-Single seat regulating valve

The single-seat control valve is an industrial on-site execution instrument, which consists of a control valve body equipped with different electric actuators. It can accept the 4-20mA or pulse signal output by the regulator, perform closed-loop control, and realize automatic control of parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level. In addition, single-seat control valves can choose intelligent electric actuators to realize digital transmission with DCS, PLC, etc. to form a more intelligent control system.

Single-seat control valves are mainly divided into two types: single-seat diaphragm control valves and single-seat piston control valves. Both types of control valves use compressed air as the power source, diaphragm or piston cylinders as actuators, and use accessories such as electrical valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, and retaining valves to drive the valves to achieve Switching or proportional adjustment.

The power supply voltage of electric control valves is 220V and 380V. The flow characteristics of electric control valves are equal percentage, linear, and fast. Compared with pneumatic control valves, electric control valves have the advantages of energy saving (only consuming electricity when working), environmental protection (no carbon emissions), and fast and convenient installation (no need for complex pneumatic pipelines and air pump workstations).

In addition, the electric single-seat regulating valve is a pressure-balanced regulating valve. It can accept the DC current signal from the regulating instrument, change the flow rate of the regulated medium, and keep the controlled process parameters at a given value. This kind of regulating valve is widely used in production automation control in industrial sectors such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking.
