LPZ12-Explosion-proof solenoid valve

Explosion-proof solenoid valve is a specially designed solenoid valve, especially suitable for flammable and explosive media or explosive hazardous locations. Its main features and working principles are as follows:

1. Working principle: The explosion-proof solenoid valve adopts an explosion-proof design. Parts that may produce sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures are placed in an explosion-proof enclosure to isolate the internal space of the equipment from the surrounding environment. This design can withstand the explosion of flammable mixtures that penetrate into the interior of the enclosure through any joint surfaces or structural gaps of the enclosure and will not cause the ignition of the external explosive environment. When the valve needs to be opened or closed, it is operated by manual reset or instantaneous power-on.

2. Configuration and operation: Explosion-proof solenoid valves are available in a variety of product materials and models to meet different working needs. The valve body is usually made of stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials, and the working voltage is available in DC24V/AC220V. During normal operation, there is no need to turn on the power supply. When an accident occurs, it only takes 2 seconds of instantaneous pulse power signal to quickly close the solenoid valve. When you need to open the valve, you need to unscrew the anti-fouling shield and manually pull up the reset handle to keep the valve in the open state. If you need to close the solenoid valve, you need to turn on the power supply to the shut-off valve coil for a short time. The electromagnetic suction generated will cause the mechanical locking device to be unlocked. The sealing component will be reset downward under the elastic force of the return spring, so that the solenoid valve is in a closed state.

3. Technical parameters: There are clear requirements for the model, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, working pressure difference, medium temperature, ambient temperature, rated voltage, etc. of the explosion-proof solenoid valve. For example, its nominal diameter range is DN15-DN300, the nominal pressure is 1.6MPA, the working pressure difference is 0.04\~1.6MPA, the medium temperature range is -20\~350℃, and the ambient temperature range is -40\~60℃. Rated voltage is Ac220 or other requirements.

4. Explosion-proof level: According to different environments and fluids, solenoid valves with different explosion-proof levels should be selected. Common explosion-proof grades include dⅡBT4, dⅡCT5, etc.

In general, explosion-proof solenoid valve is a special valve with high safety performance, diverse configurations and easy operation. It is widely used in various flammable, explosive or explosive hazardous places. However, it should be noted that due to its high configuration and complex operation, it should be installed and used by professionals in accordance with the product instructions.
