Shut-off control valve

LPA17-V-type ball valve

V-shaped ball valve is a fixed ball valve, also known as single seat sealing ball valve. Its regulating performance is the best among ball valves, with equal percentage flow characteristics and an adjustable ratio of 100:1. The V-shaped ball valve has a shearing effect between the V-shaped cutout and the metal valve seat, which makes it particularly suitable for handling media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, slurries and other media.

The V-shaped ball valve has a 90-degree rotation action and has the characteristics of a spherical plug body, with a circular through hole or channel passing through its axis. In pipelines, V-shaped ball valves are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. It only needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a small rotational torque to close tightly, so it is most suitable for use as a switch and cut-off valve.

In addition, the V-shaped ball valve has a series of other advantages, such as being suitable for frequent operations, opening and closing quickly, being lightweight, having low fluid resistance, simple structure, relatively small size, light weight, easy maintenance, good sealing performance, and being independent of the installation direction. There are no restrictions, the flow direction of the medium can be arbitrary, there is no vibration, and the noise is small.

At the same time, the imported electric V-shaped regulating ball valve is a rotary ball valve with a core valve seat made of metal, or a metal-to-PTFE sealing fit. It combines the best control characteristics of ball valves and butterfly valves into one, and can be used as both a control regulating valve and a shut-off valve. This electric V-shaped regulating ball valve is powered by AC220V, AC380V or DC24V power supply voltage, and accepts (4-20mA, 0-10mA or 1-5VDC) current signals or voltages input from DCS, PLC systems, regulating instruments, operators, etc. signal to control the operation.
